Delivery

UK orders over £40 will be sent FREE via a tracked delivery service. Small, lightweight items are usually sent via Royal Mail Tracked but you will have the option to upgrade the delivery service at checkout if you wish.

As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the terms below.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition
  • You include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Please note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us at returns@riderr.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Items returned after the 14-day period (unless faulty)

How to Return

  1. Contact us at returns@riderr.co.uk to notify us of your return.
  2. Package your item securely, including your order number and reason for return.
  3. Send it to: RIDERR Motorcycle Products Ltd, Heights Hotel, Yeates Road, Portland, Dorset, DT5 2EN

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 working days. You will receive confirmation via email.
